The cocktail is inspired by real life experiences, where we meet different people in the world during our lifetime. In life we love to spend time with the people we can relate to and believe that we can trust them. This cocktail Confianza represents Love & Trust and is meant to be shared with our close ones. ~Prateek Gusain
Gin Base Cocktails
Ingredients -:
Tanqueray No. 10 – 50ml
Red wine vinegar – 2.5ml
Homemade Hibiscus Liqueur – 10ml
Cold pressed orange juice – 20ml
Rosemary – No. 1
Grapefruit bitter – 2 dash
Angostura bitter – 1 dash
Gin Cocktail At Home
Method -:
Step 1.
First smoke the glassware by putting it upside down on smoke cinnamon stick.
Step 2.
Now add all ingredients into a shaker with bullet ice and give it a hard shake for 10 second.
Step 3.
Fine strain it into the smokey glassware and garnish it with Rosemary / Flavor (floral, citrus)
