These chefs help us to connect to our Indian origins and enjoy Indian fine dining food with our families, whether through their cookbooks or restaurants.

Sanjeev Kapoor is India's most famous chef. He is achieving his goal of making Indian food the best in the world and encouraging women to become self-sufficient through the power of cooking.

2. Vikas Khanna
Vikas Khanna, a 45-year-old Michelin-starred Indian chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author, is one of India's most well-known figures, as well as a global celebrity. Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi is a contestant on Colors TV Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 9. Chef Harpal is a music enthusiast who is proficient in English and five Indian languages, including Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Oriya, and Telugu. He is from North India, which, like the rest of India, is rich in culture and food. He earned his diploma from the culinary school in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa's capital. He spent his early years learning various world cuisines but soon realised that he was more interested in discovering true regional Indian cuisine.
The man who has not only redefined cookery shows with his own unique style of humour and cooking in a true Punjabi desi style, but has also been a Global Influencer, which is why he was invited twice by the Global Influencer Summit as an Influencer Chef in the years of 2018 and 2019, and also won the most recognised and admired face on television as a Chef of the Year 2012, honoured by Golden Star.
Chef Harpal has introduced his desi tadka to the Fun & Young brands Dhadoom, Twist of Tadka, Broaster Chicken, The Treasury, BB Jaan, and is getting ready for the new brand BB Chick, which will be launched shortly in the market.
