Dbs Aston Martin
Aston Martin is still one of the most desirable car brands in the world. These vehicles aren't necessarily the quickest, fastest, or best made, but they're impossible to look away from, and the DB11 Coupe, with its alluring proportions, is no exception. The inside is likewise pleasing to the eye, with high-quality materials. The DB11 is a real GT that thrives on cruising at high speeds. While it isn't the most practical grand tourer, and rivals like as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe seem even more lavish on the interior, the DB11's alluring elegance will have you making all sorts of excuses for its deficiencies.
An Exemplary Ride
Aston Martin DB 11 Engine
The 4.0-liter twin-turbo produces 503 horsepower and 513 lb-ft of torque, and throttle responsiveness is increased thanks to the 'hot vee' arrangement. It works nicely with the eight-speed automatic transmission, and as the performance data show, the V8 is just slightly slower than the V12. On the move, there's plenty of power to go around, making it simple to get through slower traffic and ensuring that the massive coupe isn't impacted by inclines. If there's one criticism, it's that the V8 doesn't sound as loud or thrilling in this application as it does in Mercedes vehicles. The AMR's 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 sends all 630 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels, and while performance is only marginally better than the V8, the larger engine's character is a few notches above the V8's as it wails towards the red line. The gearbox is adequate but not exceptional; downshifts might take a little longer than desired. However, when driving normally, the motor switches gears effortlessly.
Aston Martin DB 11 Performance
Both DB11 Coupes are equipped with powerful engines that make them excellent for the GT role. Mercedes-AMG graciously contributed a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with 503 horsepower and 513 lb-ft of torque for the 'basic' model. An eight-speed automatic transmission sends power to the back wheels, allowing the V8 DB11 to achieve 62 mph in around four seconds and a peak speed of 187 mph. If only a V12 will do, the AMR model's 5.2-liter twin-turbo engine produces 630 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, reducing the 0-62 time to 3.7 seconds and raising the highest speed to 208 mph. As a result, the V12's performance advantage is marginal, and it would be difficult to notice the difference in the real world. The Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe is a formidable rival to the Aston Martin DB11, with a 0-60 time of under 3.4 seconds and a torque output of 664 lb-ft that outperforms even the V12 DB11.
Aston Martin Vantag
Both the new Aston Martin DB11 and Vantage are fantastic cars, with eye-catching elegance, refined luxury, and incredible agility that you can enjoy everywhere you go. However, there are certain distinctions between the two cars, and one will be a better suit for some people than the other. To assist Highland Park drivers decide if the Aston Martin Vantage or DB11 is the right car for them, we'll compare the two and point out some major distinctions, so you can see which one has the stats and features you desire.
Aston Martin DB 11 Mileage
Although the DB11 has all of the components for high consumption, the V8's statistics aren't too bad. On the city/highway/combined cycles, the EPA estimates for this model are 18/24/20 mpg, with the V12 dropping to 15/22/18 mpg. The V8's total cruising range is roughly 410 miles with a 20.5-gallon petrol tank, while the V12's is 369 miles.
Aston Martin DB 11 Interior
Inside and out, Aston Martins have always felt as exceptional as they appear on the outside. Fortunately, the DB11 follows likewise. There's luxury leather everywhere, even the hoop that pulls the front seat forward, which is leather-covered rather than the more common plastic clasp. Other high-end features include a button that opens or closes the centre console lid electrically. The infotainment system, which can be controlled with a touchpad. While a few bits of trim appear to be less expensive than those seen on an S-Class, the overall impression is favourable. Standard amenities include plush, power-adjustable front seats with memory, an electronic instrument cluster, and an Alcantara headliner. Owners may, of course, request a cabin that to their strict tastes thanks to the extent of customization offered.

Despite the cabin's sumptuous feel, it isn't as well-equipped as German sports cars that are far less expensive. A 360-degree camera system, power-adjustable front seats with a three-position memory system, heated front seats, power-folding exterior mirrors, front/rear parking sensors, cruise control with a speed limiter, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an electronic instrument cluster are all standard features. Aston Martin DB 11 Infotainment System

A touchpad controller can be bought with or without the system. Bluetooth connectivity, a Wi-Fi hotspot, SiriusXM satellite radio, navigation, USB audio playback, and iPod/iPhone integration are all standard features. However, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto aren't available. The DB9 was - and continues to be - one of the most exquisite coupes ever created, so it couldn't have been simple for Aston Martin to remodel it without alienating brand fans. The DB11 stays true to the concept, with the same tall hood and thin side windows, although it does have a bigger front grille and significantly altered headlights. The DB11's 'floating roof,' which has distinctive side strakes, as well as its less bulky rear end with thinner taillamps, make it stand out. Power-folding external mirrors, 20-inch wheels, black hood meshes, and a graphite splitter, diffuser, and sills are among the features on the V8. The racier AMR V12 has 20-inch forged wheels, carbon hood blades, and optional AMR distinctive lime highlights.
The DB11's cargo section has roughly ten cubic feet of room, which can carry two soft bags and two compact luggage. It's not much, but it's close to the 10.4 cubic feet of room in the Mercedes S-Class coupe. The optional four-piece luggage set isn't just for show; it's also a wonderful way to make the most of the trunk's available space. Interior storage space for smaller goods is also limited, with the covered centre console, which includes a tray and cupholders, bearing the brunt of the load.
Safety Features
In the case of an accident, the DB11 is equipped with a full suite of airbags, including dual front, front side, and knee airbags, offering comprehensive occupant safety. Cruise control with a speed restriction, a 360-degree birds-eye camera, front and rear parking sensors, tyre pressure monitoring, LED headlights with daytime running lamps, dynamic stability control, and emergency brake aid are all included as standard features. Auto park assist and blind-spot monitoring are two optional safety features.
